Stadler Form products are well known for their exceptional Swiss design, innovative technology and high quality materials used during production. Every single product goes through a strict quality control process, which includes our factories carefully inspecting and testing 100% of the units before shipment to our facility. If you do experience any issues with your unit, please do not hesitate to bring it to our attention so we can help through the included One Year Warranty for your product.
Limited One Year Warranty:
- If a unit is used (not in unused/brand new/out of the box condition) and you notice a defect within the first 30 days after purchase, please contact us immediately to troubleshoot your unit via:

If the unit does not function properly after troubleshooting, our Customer Service Staff will process a Repair Authorization (RA) within 24 hours (if applicable). You will receive a Return Shipping Label to ship the unit back to our Warranty Inspection Site. The warranty will cover 100% of labor/parts/shipping. A replacement unit will be sent if the unit cannot be repaired.

Our customer service/technical staff will try to solve the issue before requesting the unit to be sent back for repairs. If the unit still does not function properly after troubleshooting, our Customer Service Staff will process a Repair Authorization (RA) within 24 hours (if applicable). You will be required to properly box and ship the product to our Warranty Inspection Site. Labor, parts and return shipping are covered by the warranty.
- If your unit is eligible/approved for a refund, it will be processed once the item has been received by our Warranty Inspection Team and inspected. The original method of payment will be credited for approved refunds. Funds can take up to 5-9 business days to post on your card account.
- Used and non-defective units are not eligible for Return or Exchange. Accessories and spare parts are not returnable.
Note: When sending the unit for repair, original packaging is preferred in order to keep the unit safe during shipping. If the original packaging is not available, it is your responsibility to securely package the unit. Swizz Style is not responsible for damaged goods to or from the warranty repair facility if the unit is not received securely or in its original packaging.
