Refund Policy

Here at Stadler Form we hope you love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Stadler Form/Swizz Style. Please send an email to info@swizz-style.com.  Information contained on the invoice will be required.  If the unit is unused you may return (with 10% restocking fee) or exchange the unit.  We cannot refund a unit that has been used.  If the unit is used and there is defect please contact our warranty department by clicking on the warranty assistance tab at the top of our website.. 


Your refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment (i.e. credit card , debit card, etc.) minus a 10% restocking fee.  Funds can take 5-9 business days to post on your card.  Customer is responsible to pay return shipping.
